How do I connect Strava?

Go to Profile, tap Connect Strava and authorize. Your runs will sync automatically.

How do I earn more Sparks?

Run with Strava connected, join events, post in the community and keep your weekly streak alive.

How do I delete my account?

Profile, Settings, Delete account. Your data is removed within 30 days.
